and also deals with the dissemination of knowledge achieved during the course of the EUGeneHeart project. Amongst the organization of various scientific meetings, the consortium will create a European Scientific Conference in the thematic area of its expertise that would be the equivalent of the US-based Gordon Conferences. Such a high level scientific conference currently does not exist in Europe. The main goals of this new initiative are:
- to expose European scientists to top level science in the thematic area of the consortium
- to provide young European scientists with a platform to communicate their own scientific work.
